The light has disappeared from my eyes

There will be no more whispers in my ears

Oh! My Dear friend,

Today, here you depart.

By leaving your memories with me

I whispered my deepest feelings and dreams

To the cloudy sky above in the midst of darkness

The pain of your absence will only bring

More lonely hours ahead…. my dear!

Now! I scream out to God,

Time will fly and the wounds will dry

In my life, when I move on

But here is the truth that

I will never forget you my dear.

What makes you so confused?

May be the feel of high dislike

Those hang around in all time

Of what had happened afresh

May be last page of your memoir
That too starts to expire

In which you quote the life in you

But I smell there is somewhat

In this anarchy of your thought

To hold your hopes high?

You just need to be calm enough to listen

To your soul, who wants to enlighten?

‘Everything is going to be alright’

But don’t let the solitude rule

In these anxious hours of yours

And, yet another dawn descends

Let's hope for a bright tomorrow
